There are no adequate or well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the risk to the fetus. It is not known whether Omeprazole is excreted in breast milk. A decision should be made whether to discontinue nursing or the drug, taking into account the importance of the drug to the mother.
